Our conditions and other information for seasonal rental



The holiday home can only be reserved by paying the requested deposit. The balance of the rental price and the additional costs “options” must be paid at the latest on the date stated in the booking confirmation.



The warranty will be refunded within two weeks after the departure, if all his obligations has been fulfilled .


Complete payment:

If the tenant has not payed fully on time, the landlord has the right to rent the house further. The warranty paid will not be refunded.


Consumption costs:

The costs for water, gas and electricity are included in the rent. Except in the case of excessive consumption, this will be deducted from the deposit.


Rental period:

The rental period starts from 4 pm the first day to 11 am the last day.
"Cleaning service" is included in the rental period. (= leave the cottage ready for cleaning)
Arrival and departure times can be adjusted by mutual agreement. 



The tenant must use the rented cottage with due diligence. This means that the objects that forms part of the household may not be moved, that the house rules must be respected and that the tenant must leave the house ready for cleaning upon departure. Damage must be reported immediately. The number of people that may occupy the house is determined in the reservation confirmation.



Cancellation insurance is not obligated, but strongly recommended if the rental period includes at least 3 nights.

We apply the following cancellation conditions for guests who have booked through us and fully paid:

- Cancellation within 24 hours after booking and payment: full refund of the booking amount.

- In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the booking amount.

- In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the
   booking amount.

- In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the booking amount.

- In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the booking amount.



The tenant does not have the right to sublet or bring animals into the home if this was not indicated when booking.



It is forbidden to have your domicile in the rented holiday home.
